Boxwood Fund ($BXWD)

This fund will operate on the Polygon blockchain under the token name $BXWD. It offers an estimated monthly dividend of 12%, which means that every month, token holders receive a portion of the fund’s profits as a return on their investment. The investments in the Boxwood Fund have been chosen after consultation with business, stock, rental, and real estate professionals for longevity and return on investment.

Investments

The fund has diversified its investments into four categories to spread risk and maximize potential returns:

  • Stocks: The fund will invest $4M in a variety of stocks. These are shares in companies that are expected to pay dividends either monthly or yearly. The value of these stocks can fluctuate based on the performance of the respective companies and the overall stock market.

  • Section 8 Rentals: The fund will invest $6M in 137 housing units to rent out under the Section 8 program. This program offers rental assistance to low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled. The fund receives stable monthly returns from these rentals.

  • Rental Vehicle Fleet: The fund will invest $3M in a fleet of 9-10 luxury, exotic, and utility cars. These vehicles are rented out to generate income. After accounting for maintenance and repair costs, these rentals are expected to provide a high return on investment.

  • Business Ownership: $3M initial investment in 9 brick-and-mortar franchises.
