Hedge Global Mutual Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the user (“User”) and Hedge (“Company”), including its developers, consultants, and associated businesses.

1. Acknowledgement of Risks

The User acknowledges that investing in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, and participation in decentralized finance protocols involves a high degree of risk, including the risk of total loss. The User agrees to bear these risks and acknowledges that the Company, its developers, consultants, or associated businesses are not responsible for any losses that the User may incur as a result of such participation.

2. Waiver of Legal Claims

The User hereby waives the right to sue or pursue legal action against the Company, its developers, consultants, or associated businesses for any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, actions, judgments, costs, or expenses of whatever kind and nature, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to the User’s investment in the Company’s funds or use of the Company’s platform.

3. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its developers, consultants, and associated businesses from and against all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and court costs, arising or resulting from the User’s use of the Company’s platform and any violation of this Agreement.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or the User’s use of the Company’s platform will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is based, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes, actions, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Company’s platform shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Company’s platform and its associated funds, the User agrees to these terms. If the User does not agree to these terms, they should not use the Company’s platform or any related services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The User agrees not to use the Company’s platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. The Company reserves the right to terminate the User’s access to the platform should the User violate any of these terms.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend, alter, or modify this Agreement at any time and in its sole discretion. The User will be notified of any changes and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

8. Figure Representation

The figures provided by Hedge are estimates and are subject to change. The value of the funds depends on the amount of capital raised to procure assets from predetermined companies and individuals. The assets may change based on availability, price, or any other such circumstance but will be replaced with an asset of similar value. Dividends are not guaranteed and may not be received at all if there is no profit. No one in affiliation with Hedge, including its employees, partners, or representatives, is to be held responsible for any loss of funds. All investments involve risks, including the potential loss of principal. Please invest responsibly.
