Employment Contract
This Employment Contract ("Contract") is made effective as of [Date] by and between:
Employer: Hedge, a Cayman company, and its affiliated entities:
Hedge Stock LLC, a Nevada limited liability company;
Hedge Real Estate LLC, a Nevada limited liability company;
Hedge Corp LLC, a Nevada limited liability company; and
Hedge Fleet LLC, a Montana limited liability company.

Term of Employment: This Contract shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue until terminated in accordance with the terms set forth herein.
Job Duties: The Employee shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: [List the specific duties and responsibilities of the Employee's position]
Compensation: In consideration of the services rendered by the Employee, the Employer agrees to pay the Employee a salary of $[Salary] per [week/month/year], payable [frequency of payment]. The Employee's salary may be subject to review and adjustment at the discretion of the Employer.
Benefits: The Employee shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit plans offered by the Employer to its employees, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans.
Employment Policies: The Employee agrees to abide by all employment policies and procedures of the Employer, including but not limited to those relating to conduct, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest.
Drug Testing: The Employee acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of employment, the Employer may require drug testing in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. The Employee agrees to comply with any drug testing requirements imposed by the Employer.
Confidentiality: During the term of employment and thereafter, the Employee shall not disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the Employer, including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, and financial information.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract upon [Notice Period] written notice to the other party. The Employer reserves the right to terminate the Employee's employment at any time for cause, including but not limited to violation of company policies or unsatisfactory performance.
Governing Law: This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
